GROUT SEAL QUART

GROUT SEAL (CLEAR SEAL) SEALER is an aqueous polymer solution which is used to provide water and oil resistance to porous surfaces such as concrete, natural stone, brick, unglazed ceramics tile, and all porous masonry surfaces. Clear Seal resists both water and oil based stains. Clear Seal can be used both indoors and outdoors to keep surfaces looking stain free longer. Clear Seal prevents stain causing liquids from soaking into the floor. Clear Seal protects surfaces against oil-based stains such as cooking oil, grease, motor oils, and suntan lotions with out creating a barrier coating. Products made from acrylics and Urethanes create a thick, glossy barrier coating, and Siloxane based impregnators don't create a barrier, but lack the oil-stain protection of Clear Seal's unique polymer chemistry. With Clear Seal you get long lasting oil and water stain protection that keeps surfaces looking their best.This product is suitable for sealing all grout but should not be used to seal non porous tile such as porcelain or glazed tile.
