SEAL MAGIC BASE COAT FLOOR SEALER FOR RESILIENT FLOORS, TERRAZZO, AND CONCRETE Use as a stand-alone sealer or as a base under other finishes. Seal Magic is a strippable water-based resinous metal cross-linked product made from non-yellowing acrylic polymers and synthetic bases. The durable protective coating is extremely resistant to dirt and black-marking.
Use undiluted. 1 gallon will cover 1,500 sq ft for the first coat and 2,500 sq ft there after.
