ALL FIBER RINSE NON-IONIC RINSE is a specialized mild acidic solution with pH from 1-3 to be used as the final step in wet cleaning. All Fiber Rinse will remove soil and shampoo residue, stabilize dye, help prevent browning in carpet, rugs and upholstery. All Fiber Rinse is safe in natural fibers and synthetic, and improves the hand (feel) of most fibers. Also, All Fiber Rinse is effective in dissolving urine residue prior to deodorization.
